 Q1. What is an ezFax number?
  An ezFAX number is just like any ordinary telephone number dedicated for faxing. It is your personal fax number without a physical line. When a fax is sent to you, you will receive it as an email with PDF attachment.
 Q2. What are the cost of using ezFAX?
  Subscription fee for ezFAX is $13 or $15 per month (depending whether you choose to pay yearly or monthly respectively). You will have a personal fax number such as +656xxxxxxx or +653xxxxxxx (new number range) to receive faxes. You can register solely for outgoing faxes only in which there is no monthly charge; just pay what you use (sending faxes) - see our low faxing rates.
 Q3. What are the advantages of using ezFAX?
  With ezFAX, you need not buy a fax machine (good fax machime may cost between $200 to $600). As ezFAX is a paperless faxing solution, you save on paper and fax machine toner catridge. You do not need a phone line too. With ezFAX, there is no maintenance cost. Most importantly, you can enjoy the low local and international sending rates, saving great dollars for your business.
 Q4. When will my ezFAX number be ready after online registration?
 

Your ezFAX number will be assigned to you within 24-48 hours after your online registration and ticket submission (with your WorldPay and FuturePay ID) at http://www.ezipcall.com/support. You can start to use ezFAX when we get back to you with your account login details via the ticket.

 Q5. Can I select my ezFAX number?
  No. ezFAX number is assigned by the system.
   
Billing
 Q1. How am I billed for using ezFAX?
  The monthly or yearly charge will be automatically deducted from your registered credit card via our secured payment gateway - WorldPay's FuturePay (www.worldpay.com.sg). Charges for sending is on a prepaid basis ($10, $20, $30, $40 or $50 excl. GST) which you can log on to your web-based sending control panel to purchase.
 Q2. Is fax sending free? How do you charge for sending?
  No. The subscription is for having an ezFAX number for receiving unlimited faxes as emails with PDF attachment only. If you SEND faxes, you will need to purchase sending credits (ie. $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50 less 7% GST) in your web-based sending control panel first. Sending charges are auto deducted from your balance after every fax out.
 Q3. What are your payment modes?
 

We are using FuturePay (from WorldPay) as our secured online payment gateway. FuturePay will automatically bill your nominated credit card on an amount based on your payment terms (monthly or yearly), ensuring a smooth continual service of your ezFAX.

Alternatively, you can send payment to us via :

(1) Cheque - Please cross your cheque to e-SIX Pte Ltd with the amount S$192.60 (12 x $15 annual fee) and send it to Blk 740 #01-3145, Bedok Reservoir Road, Singapore 470740. Please submit a ticket at ezFAX Support System (Sales) once cheque is posted.

(2) Internet Banking - Please transfer S$192.60 to our UOB account No. 101-346-615-2, Holder Name : e-SIX Pte Ltd, Bank Code : 7375, Branch code : 351. Please submit a ticket at ezFAX Support System (Sales) once cheque is posted.

 Q4. My subscription is paid via Yearly payment. Can I have a refund for the remaining period if I decided to terminate the service after using for 2 or 3 months?
  No. Subscription paid is NOT refundable. If you paid via our Yearly, you'll be entitled to use the service for the full 12-month. There will be no refund for early termination. It'll be entirely your decision to opt to pay via Monthly or Yearly subscription. We recommend payment via Yearly subscription to enjoy bigger savings as you'll be paying an equivalently lesser monthly subcription.

 Q2. How do I view my faxes?
  Faxes are attached as PDF format and sent to the email as specified during registration. Most computers will have PDF viewer installed. Else, you can download free PDF viewer at www.adobe.com.
 Q3. What happened if my Inbox is full?
  All incoming faxes will be forwarded to the email as specified during registration. Hence, there is no worry that you will miss your faxes due to full inbox. Anyway, your inbox is FREE and UNLIMITED.
 Q4. Can I change the email for my ezFAX to be forwarded to?
  Yes. You can change the email for which your ezFAX is forwarded via ezFAX Support System (Profile) or by yourself at your web-based sending control panel.
 Q5. Why didn't I receive my fax (email) even though I've received the incoming fax SMS alert? (P.S. SMS alert is available at additional $2 monthly)

Sending
 Q1. How do I send a fax?
 

You have to log in to your web-based user control panel to send faxes. Sending fax is simply by attaching document. Document format accepted are PDF (most recommended), DOC, XLS, PPT, JPG, BMP, GIF and TIFF. Sending fax via email clients has been aborted due to security issue. See illustration.

 Q2. You've recommended that I send in PDF, but I do not have a PDF converter.
  You can download a FREE PDF creator, PrimoPDF (version 2.0), at www.primopdf.com. It works seamlessly with ezFAX and you can be sure that what you see is what you fax.
 Q3. Can I fax internationally?
  Of course you can. In fact, you will be enjoying one of the lowest rates available to send e-fax locally and internationally using ezFAX.
 Q4. What happened if the receiving fax machine I am faxing to is engaged (busy tone)?
  ezFAX is a store-and-forward system. The system will automatically retry for a maximum of 3 times at 5-min interval. If still unsuccessful after the 3 retries, an abort sending email will be sent to you to notify you. You can also check the sending status at your web-based sending control panel.
 Q5. Can I sign up for fax sending only?
  Yes, you can. There is no monthly fee for Send only account. All you need to do is to sign up online and purchase a pre-paid $10 sending credit. Your Send only account will be provisioned within 48 hours after your ticket submission upon successful payment.
 Q6. Why is my sending credit in my account lesser than what I have purchased?
  Sending credits can be bought at $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50. The actual amount credited to your account will be less GST at $9.35, $18.70, $28.04, $37.39 or $46.73 respectively.

 Q1. How do I report spamming?
  You can use our in-built anti-spam feature to bar nuisance numbers or you can call our support centre to report suspected spamming. Alternatively, you can report any suspected spaming to ezFAX Centralized Spamming Control at ezFAX Support System.
